Non-HD video can be downloaded directly from UI at any length and at any time.
Local WiFi download is recommended for downloading video clips that are longer than 2 minutes. Recommended distance is under 30 feet from unit.
Cellular is recommended for downloading short video clips (under 2 minutes, best for 10-15 second video clips) due to cellular service bandwidth / throttling.
